The Terms of Condition & Prices are subject to change in the future. Any update will be informed through a small heads up when commissioned!
IMPORTANT
- I reserve the right to make use of any art piece made for self promotion purposes, portfolio, etc.GENERAL
- I have the right to turn down & refuse any commission if I’m uncomfortable with it.
- Do not trace over or edit my art. The same goes for my signature!
- I won’t allow the use of my art for AI & NFT’s. If I find out it has been used you will be blocked and blacklisted.TIME
- I work on my commissions one at the time.
- I will give you a heads up if I’m going to need a little more time to finish a piece.USAGE
- I reserve the right to use the final piece on social media/promote myself/portfolio/etc. If you are uncomfortable with it being shown, please let me know!
- You are free to post the finished piece on platforms that I don’t use, just don’t forget to give me credit.
- Commercial use is NOT allowed unless previously agreed upon.
- Only me & the client, the artist & the commissioner have permission to use the art or design.PAYMENT & PRICES
- I'm only working with Paypal. Though I’m also looking to expand the payment options in the future. Until then, all payments will be made through said platform.
- Payment must be made beforehand or after the first sketch is done.
- There might be additional fees depending on the complexity of the design requested. Keep in mind that these are the base prices!
- Refunds will be made at %100 with commissions that have not been started. Keep in mind the Paypal fee.
- For pieces already in progress, the refund will decrease depending on the progress made, 75%, 50%, 25%, etc.
- There is NO refund for art pieces that I’ve already started/finished.WILL DO & WON'T DO

- If the payment hasn't been sent after the time established (24h or 48h) the adopt will be put up for sale again.
- Hold are available, please let me know so we can discuss it!
- You are free to change the character as you please since the design is now yours.
- Please credit me the first time you post about them. After that its not required; although I would love to see what you do.
- You are free to re-sell, trade, gift, etc! When re-selling, don't go over the price bought unless it comes with additional art.
